New wheel piktahs!!!! Now including the track sluts

Well, just a couple of sneak peek pics of the new wheels. Jenn will be taking some better pictures soon :cool:

Wheels- Enkei NT03+M 17x7.5 +39 hyperblack finish

And I decided to see what some blue would look like against the titanium. These are my trackslut wheels... Rota SubZero 17x7.5 with 235-40/17 Hankook slicks.
Mmmmmm spraypaint.
I know the middle pic is kinda grainy, but it's simply to reference how wide the tires are.

the only thing i might think about doing is a small spacer, like 5-10mm. but either was those are sick.

Why spacers? They look pretty even with the lower parts of the wheel well, and the upper part doesn't overhang that much. You push the wheel out, and you start getting road crap eating away at your lower side of your paint (or the front side of the rear flares). Ask me how I know.

I did add about 6mm worth of spacers...about as much as I feel comfortable doing on the stock studs. I'd like to go with longer studs and add a 10-15mm spacer though. I'm loving them, I think the finish looks killer against the titanium color.

The difference between the responses on CR and MT amuses me. Most of the SoCallies don't like the Enkeis or the blue. Turbo freaks love both. I think you've succeeded. :)

Yeah, I just saw it this morning and it's quite funny. The best reply was the one that said something like "those look like they were meant for a EVO or something" (in reference to the Enkeis). It really is a middle finger to the so-cal "trends" buahahahah

Steve, in all honesty, I didn't realize that it would come out almost identical to that color. I just picked up what looked like a dark blue with a hint of metallic from Autozone, low and behold that it's almost identical to "Volk mag blue" :lol:
