You know... People didn't always think about MJ the way they do now. He was huge, biggest star in the world and no weirdness about kids. Sad life for someone who started with so much talent. Btw, died of cardiac arrest. Commas don't kill. (I hope)

It served as an 'inspiration' for many. ;)
RIP Farrah.

you're correct. they don't unless someone stops the machinery that it takes to keep them alive. "pull the plug" so to speak if they dont come out of them.

Never hear of anyone actually dying from a punctuation mark:p

Dude... A comma is a punctuation mark
A coma is a medical condition. I don't think a coma alone will kill you but whatever puts someone in the coma will as will removal of life support

My brothers shared a room & had this poster, Kate Jackson, Cheryl Ladd, etc... very vivid recall here...
I was at one of those brothers' house tonight when I read the CNN twitter that MJJ had died. Watching coverage on MTV now.

This has been a very bad year for a lot of people.
Although many people did not like MJ for his "child molestation" accusations, he has always deserved respect for the way he has changed music.
RIP both Ferrah and MJ.

Ed McMahon, Farrah, and the King of Pop all in about a week... weirdness man... Yet we still have LiLo, Amy Crackhouse, and Brit-Brit???
On an odd note, I could have sworn I heard the DJ on Radio Margaritaville say today that the lead guitarist for the Coral Reefers during the 70s and 80s passed this week.

MJ...the only child molester who when he said "You can come to my house and ride a roller coaster," was telling the truth!
But yeah, RIP. I remember when his hair caught on fire in that Pepsi commercial.

I feel bad for the guy. He wasn't a malicious person, he was genuinely mentally ill and had a ******* terrible father.
Apparently he was being injected with some demerol (painkiller) and his body didn't take to it. Breathing slowed down, heart stopped and CPR didn't have any effect. He was dead by the time the ambulance got there.
It's a shame.

ive taken demerol.. its actually a low grade pain killer thats non narcotic IIRC. so if he died of an overdose of demerol, he needed to have a LOT, i stress that, a LOT injected into him.
2 things.. murder.. scuicide?

Demerol is a narcotic and it can be very dangerous.

Demerol is a narcotic and it can be very dangerous.
Yes it is. Its basically synthetic Morphine. It can kill you deader then stone.
In some cases Demerol is more effective then Morphine at controlling pain.

Yeah.... it's not a light pain killer.
Are you sure you've had Demerol and not Darvocet? Big difference but both pain killers. I've had Darvocet quite a few times. My mother has had three surgeries and only with one did she get Demerol and that was a prescription for 3 days worth (3 pills) I know because I picked them up and was only able to do so because the Dr. called them and told them I could pick them up. You have to have some pretty serious pain to get a Demerol presciption (or a really shady Dr.)

i was wrong about it not being a narcotic b/c i did not recall correctly. yes i've had both Morphine and Demerol, i've had Darvocet from the dentist. you see the pinky on my left hand has had cartilage deterioration to the point the knuckle feels like the 2 bones are grinding together. i've had doctors throw every analgesic at the problem in differing dosages, and demerol IMO was very weak as far as its ability to relieve pain. right now im on morphine, flexoril, clonazepam, and seroquel. pain killer, muscle relaxer, nerve suppressant, and mood stabilizer. Demerol is the weaker pain killer like vallium is the weakest barbiturate. this is all experience for the past 10 years and taking my medicen as prescribed.
and yeh, my pain calls for a 30 day prescription.
