..and here's what I came up with. If you're ready to stare at yet another classic red '90 Miata, then enjoy.

Thanks for the compliments. I can't wait to meet and see all the other Miatas/owners in person.
I think it looks a little cleaner from the side because I removed all the chip guard stuff along the bottom edge, and had both that area and the mudflaps painted. It seemed to tie everything together a little more for me.
Also, Dark Helmet is the **** man. :p

That's a really clean red Na, the bumper looks better than I thought they do. You just need a rollbar and to paint them rims to really set it off ;)

I've always thought the RBII nose looks great...not too many people running around with them either! Very nice sir.

It has a set of 16" Borbets (maybe 15's...cant' remember) that are just waiting on some fresh rubber. My pop had these stockers floating around the shop I could use for free, and I said "Free tires? Yes, sir!"
This is RB nose ver. 1.5. It was originally construction cone'd, opossum'ed, and then puddle in a parking lot that turned out to be a GIANT pot hole all in about three months:(. It's patched very well, and the racing beat emblem is filled in. We made mold of it, if anyone's interested. You can get your own RB style nose on the cheaps.
No offense to anyone with a stock nose, but I think the RB nose blends so well that I almost look at it as the stock nose now. The original....just doesn't seem to fit right. Personal opinion.

Wonton, it's funny we live so close by, but I've never seen a black Miata running around. Meh.

At the QT near the hospital on upper riverdale road. You're the one who carded me, man! Where's your PR skills?!?! :p Just kidding. We're REALLY busy there, so I'd have no time to talk. I get off around 3 or so Thursday, Friday afternoons so maybe we could meet there around that time. I want to see your car anyways. Always looking for new ideas.......

I too love the RB1.5 nose! too bad i got fender flairs, those mud flaps wouldnt fit my car, at least without modification. with my tires being 7in wide, i get mud on on the MIRRORS, and everything else.
my fav pic? the one of the engine bay :jawdrop:
