That's a really nice garage. Nothing too spectacular on the outside but that's how I'd prefer it as well.

the sad part is that garage is bigger then any of my apartments I have rented:facepalm:

If I found one of these with an attached bedroom I'd move right in, which would be fine, cuz If I bought it, I'd suddenly become single again.

That's nice in a lounge kind of way, and outta my budget. I'm aiming at the structure and then dealing with the interior later... like we did the house, finished the inside on my own. I'm definitely getting a full height two post lift when I get a lift too. No plumbing though. The house sewer drop will be above the garage and that would call for a new main drop from the garage to the street. That's about $6k... money I want to spend elsewhere.
