I put a new bootom end in my car. My timing is advanced to i think +16 i dont remember mike did it for me at a sonic meet one night. Well i only run premium and my car smokes whenever i get on it or downshift. I went and checked my oil today and it's been about three weeks since i put the motor in and after cleaning the oil off the dip stick and sticking it back in it came up completely dry... is this because of the timing or what...the motor only had 50,000 miles on it and the guy from panic said he'd garuntee anything with it cause of the miles, and it doesn't leak any oil. It does make popping noises from the tail pipe...(small back fires i guess) whenever it's reving down.
do i just put synthetic in it or what???

Synthetic will not keep it from smoking. If anything it may increase your oil use.

its prolly burning a little and sice you messed with the timing the CAS seal is prolly leaking as well b/c it got moved with the timing advance, its like a 50 cent part that may help.

Can you see where any oil may have been leaking?
