I'm looking into this at the moment although the developers are being rude and petulant about the issue. There's nothing like dealing with smart *** comments from someone who spends his life in a dark bedroom typing web coding. Of course they can't admit that something could possibly be wrong with the software, it's got to be the user who followed every single step!

I wish there was a way to just turn the loading animation off.

well, that was strange. I used the small post reply on the bottom on my last post, i got the animation, it didn't hang, but when it refreshed the page i couldn't see my post. I bet after i send this and hit the refresh button myself i'll be able to see both of them.

If I reply in the "quick reply" box then it hangs for a bit but if I press "new reply" then everything seems to work ok as far as I can tell.
