New house

Since the wife is not coming down, I am buying the awesome bachelors pad. A 24 x 36 garage with living quarters above it on 4.25 acres. Its about 3 miles West of Atlanta Motor Speedway ( 5 miles from work). I will be closing in the next few weeks. Any of you all need garage space to work on your ride I am available. I will be purchasing a lift. I wish it was alittle taller, but it fits my needs. Do I hear a house warming party?

that is a sweet place man. I would love to find something like that. Plus with you being on 4 acres you could easily build on to the back of it and turn into a 2b 2ba easily.

Were gettin a house at school now too I;m very excited though I doubt the landlord will let us install a lift. PM your info. I think we may get to know each other well over the summer.
