I'm interested in the wheels. Are all the tires in good shape? Any experience with what to expect as far as grip? I'm coming off of 615's I know they won't compare but I'm on a very tight budget for rubber right now.

The tires have good tread, other then that I couldnt tell you. Theyre just plain ole street tires, Dunlops if I recall. They definitely wont grip like 615s
