Decided to show Casey some love, so I joined. Since he has a 240 journal then I guess I'll start my own too.

First of all, my name is Alex. And if you haven't already noticed by my title, I drive an '06 WRX.

Miata's are cute little cars, slow, haha jk but I'm sure could out handle my pos any day of the week. :D

I used to want an Aspen White STi for a long time but when I get up to them in person, I lose my interest and I dunno why. I drove my boss's son's WRX and I couldn't believe how much understeer it had. I know they are pigs but geez...

they only understeer if you try to drive it like a regular rwd car. you really have to drive completely out of control and pitch the car around, and then they go real real fast.

they only understeer if you try to drive it like a regular rwd car. you really have to drive completely out of control and pitch the car around, and then they go real real fast.


Yup I remember at my first autox in the suby I spoke to I think Meredith who was running in a fast sti about to drive it. I found that I was faster the more aggressive and the less I thought about it, she said the same thing. They're the Japanese Mustang, just gotta bully them.

Yeah, you have to throw it into the corners. One key tip that I can give is, "slow in, fast out". Thats the key to autox, or any form of road racing for that matter.
