Are you looking to rent? I have a friend that is renting a 3 bed house for around 1150 or 1200 in sugar hill. Depending on where in Alpharetta I can get to the outskirts in 15 20 min from Sugar Hill.

yeh, but i wont be able to afford that right off the bat. its right at the corner of Holcomb Bridge/Alpharetta Hwy. lol its a landscape supervisory position, and the busy season is about to start...thus i wanna rent cheap and spend lots on Mx-5 goodies during the summer. Sugar Hill? I heard lots of Swedes live there or something...this was in the AJC a few years back though

you'll also be close to andretti's. Lunch and gocarts! woo hoo

anyways, the area is nice, nothing really bad about it.
Plenty of cops though so watch out. If i can afford to buy a house in roswell, I probably would.

I live right down by Perimeter Mall. Takes me 10min max to get to Roswell/Alpharetta/Homcomb Bridge/North Point Mal area..straight shot up 400 for me. Ask Bryan :D

It's not a bad area and has miniman "questionable" areas..no big areas that thugs hang out and such.

Yea the area is not bad. Plenty of different cultures with no real thug hang out areas.

BTW I really need to get my car running better, cause I forgot how nice a smooth FI miata can feel.

I live at Perimeter, as well. Actually, about a 2 minute walk from the Taco Mac and SuperTarget. I used to have a condo in downtown Roswell. Great area. I am partial to Perimeter now, though. ;) It is a brilliant location to get to just about anything relatively quickly.
