1990 Soft top frame w/ black top (has patched hole)

I just put a new top and frame on my Miata
and the old one can be recycled.
It has a black soft top on it with a good
clear window, zipper works too.

Vandals cut a hole and trim shop has patched it if
you need to save money and use the top.

Is it usable? How old is it and how much ballpark ? My '90 is on the last legs of its 2nd top, @ 12 yrs old? Really falling apart, spent all my money getting it on the road, out of parents barn!
