Ugh... T25 4-bolt flange. Not easily adaptable to any kits. Plus, eBay turbo, maybe not so good.

T25's are easy as hell to bolt to anything....

Not when all the kits are made for 5-bolt flanges. It requires either changing the discharge flange or the turbine housing. After the cost of that, it's better just finding another turbo.

Oh, well I have yet to use a 5 bolt flange on a kit.

When I say kit, I mean the ones released by companies such as Bell, FM, etc., not the DIY kits. They all use the standard 5-bolt T25 housings.
