He said last night that they're LaminX. But I was wondering if they can be found pre-cut for the Miata's turn signals or if you have to buy it by the sheet and cut it to size.

sorry, was out on site visits yesterday for work, and for once, didn't turn the computer on at home last night.

Yes, I ordered the yellow as the precut that Johnny linked. I also ordered a sheet of the smoked and did the side markers with that (no one ever notices those for some reason)
