I don't really know how i did it but it is alive. Back from the land of the dead. Dead since Saturday just got it running at about 8:30pm. What a pain in the ***. Today i took the whole thing apart and still could not figure out why the timing was still off. Everything (and i mean everything) was lined up just right. so i decided hey let me put it back together and see what happens. Got it together minus a broken vacuum hose attached to the PCV valve and cranked it up and started revving the engine and damn it was music to my ears. Got it back to idle and it died. Changed the hose and every thing was great. Nice and quiet. The only thing that i can think of that i changed is that i may have flipped the timing plate over. I really have no clue. But I'm happy.

Really glad you got it sorted out in the end! I felt really bad that about everything that had happened.

just don't try asking how i did it. Because i don't know. Timing belt on tech day won't be happening in my future. Even though i really could not tell if we really did anything wrong.

Oh, I know. I was just making a joke about the next big project. Hopefully it goes a little smoother for you. :)
