This may not be on your list but definitely one to consider. No personal experience but as much as I hate to admit it I have to give Kurt props for knowing his stuff.:D

better ride quaility (than i have now) adjustable ride height, adjustable stiffness
how will those benefit you with the car (other than ride) autoX, drift, drag, slammed, hella flush? what?

Tein. Their service center is in Norcross.
Plus most of what you listed is basically junk.

If you can wait a week or two, I have a set of H&R coilovers that you can have for $750. They are basically identical to the Bilstein PSS. H&R does the coil springs and Bilstein does the shock bodies, they then market them under their own names. I don't have an issue with them, I just happened to get a great deal on a set of Ohlins one night so these became "spare". Currently mounted, so they need to come off the car first. Wonton had 1st dibs, but he's currently a bit cash strapped. Oh, and they are NB coilovers, all of which means that you have to grab a set of NB top hats, which will fit fine, and give you about an extra inch of travel to your suspension. Rotornut's taken my old NB to the track on the PSS, and raved about them, I personally felt they were more comfortable than stock. They are adjustable for height but not rebound, so yes you can corner weight, but no you can't make them harder. PM if interested.

I've heard good things about HSD.

I have Tein Flex's now. I have been very happy with them. Very capable coilover. The preload in the rear is the tricky part. If you can get that figured out, then they're a joy. I've heard great things about Fortune Auto. Talked to the guys at RSpeed about them and I'm leaning toward these. From what I've read and heard, they perform similary to AST's which are amazing. But, that's from word of mouth, I only have experience with Tein.

Most of what was listed in the op is all the same with different spring rates, colors, and stIckers that come out of the same Taiwanese sweat shop. Most of them are sold with really high sprig rates to hide their ****ty shock dyno.
Go with fortunes. You can't beat the price for the quality.

I went to an autocross earlier today and saw an NA run with megan EZ streets and the car ran pretty well given there was a lot of dust on the pavement. I would say its a good budget coilover

I had very good results with the BC coilovers, and I know several very fast drivers who've also done well with them. For the price I'd go with them.

Aren't BCs like a grand? May as well go with fortune. From why I've gathered, bc comes from the same factory as Megan's.

Forum rumor maybe the same source but they were completely different to every set of Megan's I've encountered. Some very fast autocrossers use them and my personal experience with them left me very pleased too.
Fortune's with Rspeed's backing is also hard to beat mind.

I've heard good things from BC as well, but the rumors can't help but go around the circle. but as long as they do what they're supposed to do well then that's most important

Xida Clubsport's from 949racing have gotten really great reviews, they also have a wide selection of Tein setups for better prices I have seen around... check them out

Yes, the Xida clubsports are way beyond my expectations. There was a great amount of R&D in making these. It was worth every single cent and then some! Teins are very good too, I've had a good time with them
