Well where to start...

The name's Bobby. I'm a senior tire technician at Discount Tire Company and I love my job. I also go to West Georgia Technical College for Automotive Technology. I've been modding cars since '07 and have loved every one of them. Enough about me...here are a few of my past vehicles and pics speak 1000 words so enjoy!

So now that you know some history, I'm looking into getting a Miata very soon. After driving Sawyer and Ripley's I fell instantly in love and put the GTI up for sale immediately. I hope to contribute to the forum and meet some cool people and gain new friends. Thanks for reading! :clap:

I sold my 20th end of last year. I had a lot of interest, but because of the KBB value, I was getting - what I considered - lowball offers. Considering the standard equipment on a 20th, the rarity of the car, and then the condition mine was in and low miles, I should have been able to get more for it. In the end I let it go around KBB value, but to a school teacher who really appreciated what she was getting. I'm sure I could have held out and gotten more from an enthusiast.

I miss the 20th from time to time, but never while I'm in the miata :p

Yeah, mine had a few spots with cosmetic issues, but the rest of the car was very clean. I was the original owner of my 05 1.8t and did all the neccessary service myself. I was selling the car in Feburary which is probably not the greatest time to sell a car, but it worked out that the only person who came to see it bought it. Only got 9500 for it, but it allowed me to pay off the rest of the loan, get a nice NA, and suspension and wheels right off the bat.

The GTI was a good commuter car with a fun motor, but the miata is just so much more enjoyable. Thankfully my GTI never had reliability issues, I always feared it would.

I've really enjoyed browsing/posting occasionally. Which store do you work at? One of my good buddies (full timer at store 4) just got really clean supercharged 2000. Definitely grab a Miata asap!

His name is David Bryant...he was at store 15 first, then moved to 8, and now to 4. And congrats on the sale, not many things more exciting than a new miata!
