Roll bar won't allow seat belt to re tract

What did I do wrong? When I get out of the care the seat belt doesn't re·tract on its on. How can I fix this, the hole reason I installed the roll bar was for safety and now my roll bar stops my seat belts from working properly :facepalm:

4) REMOVE THE LOWER SEAT BELT REEL BOLTS (16mm pre'94 17mm '94 and later) AND SPACERS. Also remove seat belt reel alignment screw at the top of the mounting bracket (small screw w/ 10mm head). Pull the complete assembly forward and bend the alignment tab down flat, this will allow the reel to tilt inward for better seat belt alignment and retraction after the bar is installed. I trimmed the guides as their instructions say on my NA and it worked great, rarely did the seat belt not retract. I haven't done that on my NB and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, now it's just reflex to reach back and assist the belt back into place. Works fine when I'm wearing it, that's all I really care about, although at some point I'll trim these guides too.

Also my car now pulls to the left so i'm guessing I either warped the frame or straighten it

When is the last time you had an alignment? Check your tire pressure?
