P1195 EGR Boost Sensor Circuit

Im throwing this code but I don't know where to look to fix it or what it means. I think I know where the EGR is not 100%. Kurt if you look at this can I bring you the panals my dad didn't use tonight and maybe you can show me lol Thanks it would be appreciated.
