Ok, I found a promising printer today. She claims that the hot silk print (I think that's what it was called) should last the lifetime of the shirt. With that being said. We're looking at a black shirt with this design on the back:

For sizes Small to XL we're looking at $22 shipped a t-shirt. And $15 for the second shirt with free shipping. I'm going to work out shipping asap because I've never had to deal with shipping shirts before!

I could probably get grey for the same price if we stuck with the same colour screening. Red and grey works.

Yes I am fully aware of that. I have been using paypal for 10 yrs and have hundreds of transactions so am not a newbie. :)
Transfers take several days...and I dont wish to draft my bank account when I have cash on hand. I use Paypal funds that are paid to me for parts, and all parts lately have been sold for cash.

Well the woman I'm dealing with doesn't the handywork herself any more. And she didn't have a positive "YES WE'RE DONE COME AND GET THEM!" ton when I was speaking to her and she said she's waiting to get in touch with the lady who does them, something about a lunch break.

My worry is they're pumping them out now and not taking the appropriate amount of time to make them nice. I could be completely wrong and they're ready and just being organised or something.

The printers said something about a scorched shirt or so, but then I think they said something about throwing in some extras... honestly I didn't understand with the metal in his mouth but rest assured if there is something wrong with some of the shirts we'll get it fixed.

Yeah- that's not acceptable IMO. You're not asking them to do much but print on a shirt, least they could do was square it up.
