Wheel Spacers

I'm helping a friend out and trying to find someone local who can mill a pair of spacers to specified dimensions. We've found a few places online that can do what he needs, but he would like to go through a local business/person if possible.

Prefer aluminum and they need to fit 4x100 hubs.
