Driver's seat is definitely torn and there are multiple dents in the passenger door skin, but $3500 isn't too terribly bad.

It's a little lower than the $4000-4500 average I've noticed around the southeast, but then again, that's asking price. You may know the actual selling prices better than I do. :)
