Any experience or insight to share regarding the newly affordable 50w HID kits versus their 35w counterparts?

i had a 35w on my NA and just ordered a 50W for my NB today...
a 35w in stock style NA housings will scorch the earth and sear retinas. You don't need a 50w on an NA

HIDs in the NB projectors work well. Kris has them in his '03.

Well I ordered a set of 50w 6000K HID. No, I don't like ricer blue 6000K, I like 4500K. But the HID man told me that that 50w 6000k would give me the same color as 4500-5000k at 35w. I figured 50w would be the best bet since my lows turn off with high (but I'll never need high beams at night with these--saves me the hassle of wiring in that relay). I also ordered Oblio a set of 35w 4500K as his lows do stay on with the highs.
